Our Foundation at Lutheran Community Home is a non-profit organization. We depend on contributions from generous people like you to support the ministry and services we provide to all our seniors, patients, and residents. Our Foundation was founded in 1981 to assist with soliciting monetary and in-kind donations for our future growth and expansion, and our mission continues to this day.
